Note: I just noticed that the Etsy store 'Request Custom Order' and 'Contact shop owner' buttons on the main shop page are grayed out on chrome. This should not be the case. If you want to place a custom order, you can do it from specific listings, e.g. from here. I have custom orders enabled so I don't know why these buttons are inaccessible and the forums are currently read-only so I can't ask other shop owners. You can email Buffalo to explain what you want in a custom order but it's easier for her to do the sale through Etsy.
Note #2: I just checked the Etsy store with Firefox and Microsoft Edge browser and the custom order and contact buttons are enabled there. Not sure what the issue is, maybe my popup blocker is in the way? In any case, you can request custom orders through Etsy.
